Cancellation and Refunds

1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your xplex subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by emailing us at contact@xplex.me.

  • Cancellation will stop any future billing.
  • You will retain access to subscription features until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No cancellation fees are charged.

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and will automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing cycle.


2. Refund Policy

All payments made to xplex, including subscription fees and in-app purchases, are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or as outlined below.

  • We do not issue refunds for reasons including, but not limited to: unused time, user dissatisfaction, or accidental purchases.
  • We encourage users to carefully review our features and pricing before committing to a subscription.
  • We do not provide prorated refunds for partial use or early cancellation.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be granted only in exceptional cases, such as:

  • Duplicate payments.
  • Technical billing errors caused by our systems (e.g., being charged twice for the same subscription period).

Refund requests will be evaluated in good faith and resolved promptly. All refund decisions are at the discretion of xplex.

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the billing date for consideration.

4. Governing Law

This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
